- Casino Night Expenses $13,136.09 Silent auction $4,360 Tickets, $8,826 Sponsorship $12,000 Advertising $100 ;we should get $130 back from BC Mutual prize sponsorship Total Revenue $12,280.83
- Raffle Tickets Quilt Total $1,744; $322 Jersey; asking businesses to sell tickets on jerseys
- Qu’appelle trade show Qu’appelle trade show $400, rink raffle $188 silver collection $45
- Casino event next year yes to event next year; Danah to book
- April Nichols resignation motion #3 to accept April’s resignation made by Elizabeth, seconded by Alison
- Scrapbook Shirley asked that we bring pictures to add to scrapbook for casino night
- Qu’Appelle Ladies night-Danah will mail out letters asking for auction letters; Shirley will store auction items; Alison to fill in for month Shirley is away; we will auction off a table of 10 for next year’s casino event; Allison to book senior’s center Mar 1st 10-2 to sell tickets due to large volume of calls last year; Elizabeth to book hall; Lisa/Alison to sell tickets/ man phones; ticket price to go up to $25
- Caregiver bracelet/necklace Shirley to ask Linda to put something together for us, also a survivor bracelet or necklace
