1. Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm
2. Approval of Agenda:  Motion #1-Agenda approved as amended, made by Elizabeth, seconded by Lora.
3. Declaration of Conflict of Interest:none
4. Approval of Minutes: Motion #2-to approve minutes as read made by Alison, seconded by Eileen.
5. Business Arising:
   • 5.1 Hope Cancer Interagency council – Danah’s involvement Motion #3-to approve Danah or other FFOH representative being on Hope Cancer Interagency council made by Lora, seconded by Eileen
     5.2 Casino Regina Fundraising event-Decision was made to focus on 10th anniversary next year and perhaps plan a casino night in 2011
   • 5.3 Promo items? –looking at flower seeds with website/contact information and business cards-Vicky to be asked about this as she had previously mentioned
     Also to look into pricing on shirts, possibly jackets for board-Danah to contact for info
     5.4Sponsorship-As certain management at Plainsview Credit Union asked why Conexus Credit Union was sponsoring FFOH, possibility mentioned of asking Plainsview for sponsorship in future
