2.0 Approval of Agenda: Motion # 1 to approve the agenda, made by Lora seconded by Alison

4.0 Approval of Minutes: Motion #2 to approve the minutes as read made by Tanya seconded by April.

5.0 Business Arising:

5.1 Monthly Spirit Column / Newspaper articles: April volunteered to write and submit a monthly coloumn to the Qu'Appelle Spirit. Elizabeth volunteered to write up the Newspaper article.

5.2 Reminder: Website: meet the board write up small bio

5.3 Auction discussion thank you letters were completed and sent away. Other auction ideas were discussed and recorded in the auction book.
